Any time change requests and/or change orders are created for a document, they can be referenced from the Document record. Also, when new revisions or new documents are created, the resulting revision will contain any Change Request and/or Change Order records from the Changes link. The document owner can reference any markups attached to the Change Request record and check in the files from the Document record > Changes link as well as create change requests from this link.
